I was surprised with the amount of seats available inside the restaurant, which if shows anything, it shows their “quality over quantity” focus. Second, when it comes to the food, the plate came out very quick and the taste was amazing, as well as boba tea. The staff is very friendly. The staff was extra friendly and welcoming and informative. One thing I recommend to management is to expand on advertisement. I didn't know that place existed till few days ago.
Yum yum sauce had an eyelash on the container. Had to ask for key to unlock bathroom. Men's was out of order. Had to ring bell. Place had just opened but was dirty. Got syrup on my coat from old tea at drink station. Overall dirty and poor customer service. Food is good but overpriced for atmosphere. First experience when they had just opened was great. This most recent time was extremely disappointing.

I ordered to-go steak with veggies and noodles, the rangoon, and a crimson lava tea…and it was all delicious!
