I still can’t believe Tuscaloosa has a place like Domo! It has the best selection of wines, including organic and natural wines for great price points. The fish and meat selection is unlike anywhere in town and the grab and go sandwiches are delicious! But perhaps the best thing about Domo is how welcoming and knowledgeable they are!

This is a new spot from the people that own Monarch. It is incredible and the quality of ingredients and amount really gives you a good deal for the price. It is also one of the best places to get out-of-the-box wines in the area. All the staff are super friendly and give great recommendations. Ask about their natural wine selection and wine tastings which are above and beyond any other place in Tuscaloosa. If anything try it just for a sandwhich!!! Incredible.

This new locally owned artisenal market is the sister restaurant of Monarch Expresso Bar. It just opened about 5 days ago and apparently there's already a buzz because I came at 12:30 and they were already sold our of their sandwich offerings for the day. Luckily I was able to grab a lunch box with meats, cheese, and bread and although the bread was a bit hard, the prosciutto and Bleu cheese was phenomenal.
