Was working in Tuscaloosa and a restaurant with a two hour wait recommended the River. We had the steak filet and the seared tuna. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and the whole experience was just classy and comfortable. Brussel sprouts were on special for an appetizer, they were the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Beautiful place and friendly service but very subpar food for the price, and definitely not worth a two hour wait. Waiting as long as we did to be seated, then paying nearly $200 for three people to eat (only 2 adult beverages), we can't imagine we would try them again. 👎👎👎👎
This place is incredible. First of all the venue is absolutely beautiful. We sat outside and the view of the river in the afternoon is wonderful. Second the staff was incredible. Zac was our server and he was absolutely perfect. And last but not least, the food was amazing! The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Thank you for making our birthday dinner date night so memorable. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to T-Town.
