It's been a long time since we've ate here. I was wanting a big steak omelet so bad! Our food came out on the cold side but we didn't want to send it back because we had already been waiting for nearly an hour. Our server was M.I.A from time to time.
My daughter and I had the best service today at IHOP in Tuscaloosa Al!! Courtney R our server was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the menu!! The way she initially greeted us set the tone for what was to come!! One of the best if not the best servers and experience I’ve ever had eating out!! Thank you Courtney R!! You made our day????

My only real complaint is that on the menu it advertises "free pancakes with ANY combo" but when ordering a breakfast of 2 egg combo we couldn't have the pancakes, only toast. False advertising at it's best.
