Tonight I ordered delivery, and though a few items were missing I called to see what they could do. They were absolutely amazing at making up for the mistake and completely professional and then some. They sent a driver to deliver the missing items, then called to make sure I received them. Absolutely amazing, other Tuscaloosa restaurants should take a note from this company.

I went to this location, and the staff was amazing. There was a homeless lady outside, and she wasn't bothering anyone but I couldn't pass up anyone needing something to eat. I let them know that I was getting something to eat for her and they were absolutely wonderful about it, and even putting in extra things that I hadn't even asked for. It was a team effort and they were very caring, so they have a customer for life with me.

The food is great! The service is alright. And the atmosphere is amazing!!! I love all the writings on the walls. I have a rewards account with Jimmy Johns and if you like free chips or pickles it's great. However I would like for it to reward a free sandwich after so many purchases... My fiance and I have spent almost 100 a week one time eating here every single day. That's how yummy it is. I think that they should check their bread before they make the sandwich to...
