July 11, 2022 Went to Red Lobster to get our lunch before doctor appointment. Was greeted really well and seated. We ordered our meal. Red Lobster is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and family-friendly atmosphere. The service is generally good, and the restaurant is clean, though some parts may feel a bit outdated. There can sometimes be a wait to be seated and to order drinks, as some reviews mentioned waiting around 20 minutes just to be greeted and additional time for drinks and food. Despite these delays, the food, including the Endless Shrimp and Ultimate Feast, is served hot, fresh, and tasty. Many customers appreciate the ample vegetarian options and wheelchair accessibility with a ramp available. The staff, like the student waiter from the University of Alabama, is attentive and friendly, often making helpful suggestions and engaging in small chat. The restaurant is suitable for kids and families, and while it may not be the most upscale place, it offers good value for the price. Overall, Red Lobster provides a decent dining experience with delicious food and attentive service.
