I’ve been a few times. They messed up most of my orders. Never seem to be able to print receipts. They are not polite and one might say downright rude.
Horrendous customer service. The guy at the drive thru needs to be fired.
I realize it's the day after GameDay but this place was filthy, the staff seemed friendly enough. Sticky floor, condiments area a disaster, I will do my best try another Wendy's in the area before ever returning to this one.
Wendy's offers a mixed experience. While some customers appreciate the friendly staff and fresh, hot food, others report cleanliness issues and subpar food quality, including lukewarm burgers and drinks. Fresh fries are a highlight, but consistency is lacking.
