Went here in I think August 2022 can't remember exact date got a #1 went and paid kept my debit card had to cancel card. Did not realize they had my card til I was 10 minutes down the road. Went back they act like I'm lieing that they kept my card. Told me they don't have it I told them it's cool it's cancelled and was legit about to drive away they said oh here it is one of the workers took out of their pocket. terribly slow
not the best customer service
So I went into Wendy’s yesterday, and I ordered Dave’s double burger. I told the lady at the register that I only wanted cheese and ketchup and mustard and mayo on it. She rang it up right, but when I got my sandwich it had everything on it. I don’t get how hard it is to look at a screen, and then make it the way that it says on the screen.
