My coworker and I are from Texas and swung by for a bite. Great atmosphere, great service and unbelievable barbecue. Brook(hope I spelled it right) was our server, timel, patient and gave us great information before we got our orders in. I had pulled pork and 2 ribs, the pork was tender, juicy and filling. The ribs were the star of the show. My hat is off to Deacon Jackson for the flavor and meticulous attention to heat and time on the heat. The ribs were no joke just like meat...
Wonderful find! Visiting Ft Payne and wanted BBQ. Everything we ordered was delicious and the employees were all really nice. The owner was there and greeted us with a smile and kind words as well. Great atmosphere and music too!
Pulled pork was very smokey. Greens tender and well seasoned. Baked beans were good, cooked with onion.
Real banana pudding. They put the nilla wafers in as they served it. Added a nice crunchy texture.
