On October 12th, went thru drive thru. ordered 3 piece meal, asked for green beans. didn't recieve. charged double for extra chicken breast. Asked for sweet tea,
got unsweetened. The box was not put together correctly and the chicken fell out. Luckily the bag was underneath. I talked to the lead mgr and was told she would send a replacement coupon. I still haven't received it yet.. where is it? today is 10/22.
I Love stopping by KFC once we get off the highway because we’re from Atlanta and we’re starving by then.I understand Sunday is Church day and can be extremely busy but the crew can step up their customer service just a bit.
