The food wasn't great at all. The customer service was good but the food was MID. The ham was frozen i think they should have warmed it up. I am not used to that.

I bought a ham there and when we opened it up Christmas day it was burned on top and the ham tasted dry and overcooked. Not good. Embarrassing with my guests not able to eat it. I called next day no one answered the phone. I had to wait 3 more days to get someone to answer. They said I could get another ham or money back. They were good about it but it still ruined the protein part of the Christmas meal. The 2nd ham is good.

Me And my mom had been wanting to Come for a month 2get The turkey pot pie. That was going to be our dinner for that day. We don't Stay around The corner But had a distance to get there. This was our 1st Time At That location and we really wanted The pot pie and try a few extra side dishes. We looked over the menu 2pick additional items but when it comes Time 2order low and behold there were no pot pies. My mom And I was highly disappointed but I purchased my mom something to eat because she wanted something to put on her stomach right then since she hadn't eaten. The chips was full of Air and her sandwich was dry. A $15.94 meal is 2much 4a dry sandwich and a few chips At the bottom of a bag, along with burning gas 4my SUV And time wasted I can never get Back. Frankly I want My Money Back but When I expressed the disappointment 2the cashier she did nothing to resolve the issue. Y'all gotta do better🤬

The ham is usually wonderful. However, the last order was only fair. We picked up 2 pounds of ham and 1 pound was delicious and the other pound was mostly fat!. Very disappointing.

Showed up at 5:50 to get something to eat when they close at 6:30. There was a wet floor sign in front of the door and all of the chairs were put up like they were already closed but employees were still therefore. I was looking forward to the ham all day. It was all I had to live for.

We got here for Ham bones. For seasoning different things. It's a great product! Always a great experience.
