Walked in, place smelled terrible, the floors were very sticky for some reason, and the staff directed us to a table with food crumbs and liquid all over it. Walked out before we ordered.

Best burgers in B'ham!

My order was phone in order. Preparation and pickup time was great.

Got a great smash burger with fries. Service was friendly and unusually friendly! They were closing but accommodating. Excellent food,hot and tasty. Lots of choices on their menu. Great American cuisine!!

Pros: food was as good as ever.

Cons: every surface was sticky as flypaper. The menus, the table, the booths, etc., all unusually sticky.

Lastly, the staff. They’re usually solid, but I had a super weird waitress on this occasion. I’ll just say she really could’ve exercised some discretion; at least at the expense of other waiting patrons.

Not as good as it used to be. Whoever was the chef cooking the Caitlin Sandwich was taking out their anger with a salt shaker on my chicken sandwich. It was made very quickly which was good but sometimes it's better to slow down.

The burgers are pretty great. Small regional chain with decor and a vibe that's not too far from Ruby Tuesday's or Applebee's. Staff is friendly and service is fast, we get takeout a lot and our order is always accurate. The bar is kind of nice, basic but they bartenders are great. Close to the movie theater so you can park and hit both without moving the car.
I feel like they have fallen off a little bit on my past couple visits. Not quite as good as it used to be.

Came in and was told to sit anywhere and that someone would be with us shortly. We started looking for a table and were left with few options because almost every table had plates and food on it still. We sat for about 15 minutes and no one came started noticing people who were there before us still haven’t had their drinks brought to them. So we get up to leave and pass the hostess and he doesn’t say a word.

Service has been consistently slow, we’ve even left without being served water after 40 minutes. The restaurant itself had become noticeably dirty. The tables and floors are sticky, and after briefly leaning our table while wearing a white shirt, I left with black dirt stains all over it. Unfortunately, after giving this place multiple chances, we won’t be returning.

This used to be our favorite local spot, but something has clearly changed. Over our last four visits, we’ve had consistently disappointing experiences.

On one visit, our waitress left mid-shift, and we waited over 30 minutes just to get our bill before another employee finally checked on us. Another time, we sat for 40 minutes without being served at all—not even water—so we ended up leaving. We weren’t the only ones either; during multiple visits, we’ve watched other customers get frustrated and leave because they weren’t being served.

Beyond the service issues, the restaurant itself no longer feels well-maintained. The floors and tables have been sticky on multiple visits, and despite there being only a handful of occupied tables, food still takes 35+ minutes to arrive.

It’s unfortunate because we genuinely loved coming here, but after several chances and the same recurring problems, we’ve decided we won’t be returning.

The burgers dont taste like they used to taste. Compared to 5guys...5guys win with the burger, but they win with the extras. Beef O Bradys is better on both, based on that style of burger.

Hasn’t been any paper towels in the bathroom for weeks. The waitress hadj long dark hair seems to have an attitude with me because i told her the bacon was unhealthy and way undercooked. I should have taken a picture of it, but I am never going back there anyway .
