Mugshots Grill and Bar - Vestavia Hills, AL

My fiancé’s favorite restaurant is Mugshots, so we decided to stop by this location on Father’s Day. Carson was an amazing server and went out of his way to make sure we were completely taken care of. He even offered to take a family picture of us, which was so kind of him to do. Excellent food and excellent service. We will be coming back to sit in Carson’s section for sure!

Service terrible. Food not worth the money. A 20 min wait for a drink. That never came. Worst bar I've been too. 0 interest to ever go back.

Came here with my husband today, was sat down at a table and waited for about 20 minutes for a waiter to greet us but no one came and the waiters kept walking past us and not saying anything to us. It wasn't busy there were only 4 tables that had people. Will not be coming back.

I came in yesterday and sat at the bar. I was served by Olivia and I had such a Great experience. She was attentive (never had to ask for a refill) and personable. She and her manager, Will were the only one in the restaurant and she still managed to help everyone as well as have a meaningful few minutes of conversation to make us feel as though we were in the presence of a friend. I thought it was a bit crazy at first having one person work the front by themselves but when I saw how hard she worked to take care of everyone, she nailed it! she did it easily and effectively.

Love this place!.. We got our seats and food pretty quickly...Food was great, and the fries were seasoned to perfection!!! Kaylan had the best customer service!! She made sure we were good.. Will be back to visit 😊

Friends and I go to mugshots fairly regularly, before or after we go see a movie at the theater next-door. The service was always a little iffy but not anymore. They now have.Carson! He is a wonderful waiter. Courteous, friendly and professional. Carson is a definite asset to that restaurant.

Great service from Jacob and Maddie, and great personal attention from the manager, Telvin. The chili cheese dog is the best one I’ve ever had. The strawberry shake was delicious. The beer battered fries are great.

We decided to go here for our work Christmas dinner. We got there and Telvin said everyone had called in except him and one other person. Telvin was awesome! Even though he was short handed he had a positive attitude and took great care of us and everyone there. There was also another employee who was off that night and came up there to eat and she even helped out! As long as Telvin is there I will always go back. The food was awesome too!

Carson is amazing!! To hear that this was his 1st serving job was shocking, he was waiting on customers, cleaning and had the a great attitude the whole time. The bartender was Great best margaritas I’ve had in a while
