I’ve lived in this town all my life and this restaurant is a staple! Recently however it has went downhill fast! Except Breakfast they’re usually running out of stuff or extremely slow about everything! The cleanliness is become pitiful! Example today had only wings left for chicken and no bacon for burgers! Always waiting for food! I’m done with this place and quite frankly Guin isn’t any better! Both locations have went downhill fast!
2nd night in a row my order has been completely wrong!!! The number of items were correct so I didn’t open each wrapped sandwich until I got home. Not even close to what I ordered!

Based on the reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant has very nice and friendly staff, including a young lady at the window and a young man who is kind. The customer service is the best, and the GM goes above and beyond to correct any issues with kindness and respect. The food is always fresh and great, and orders are always correct. The atmosphere is ok but nothing special. The food is good but nothing spectacular. Burgers are small, and they do not give much food for the money. For fast food, it is tough to beat Winfield Jack's. The morning crew is friendly and efficient, and management during the morning shift is excellent.
