“I don't normally write reviews, but McDonald's on Alcoa definitely earned this one.
After a long night at work, I swung by this location and was pleasantly surprised with the service here. That girl, Melissa, who took my order, she's sweeter than a McD's apple pie! Even though there were several cars in front of me, and a few behind me, she managed to make my day with her warm and pleasant attitude. I'll definitely be going back, and hope she stays, because she sure knows how to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated. My food was fresh and delivered quickly, and the fries were actually fresh!

“Today my coworker and I stopped to have lunch at this location (Military Rd) and it was TOP TIER. Upon entering we were met with smiles, greetings, and high energy. I placed my order on the kiosk and received my food before I could decide where to sit. It was freshhhhhhhh!! As simple as it may be, thank you so much for an amazing lunch experience!!“
