Food is pretty delicious and served 2 items in 5 minutes for dine in. Not bad for a busy restaurant with lots of take outs. Love the portions and price is not expensive. For dine in water and hot tea is free.
The food at Top China is consistently good, and we’ve always been happy with our takeout orders. We only call in our orders, and depending on who answers, there can occasionally be a bit of a language barrier. That said, they’re always polite and genuinely trying to understand what we’re ordering, and we do our best to be patient and communicate clearly in return.
