My only complaint is, with the thin crust pizza, the cheese is always burnt. I would love to have smooth and stringy like it does on your other pizzas. I don't know if theirs a solution for this.
Glad we tried again! If you are like us, you love Pizza Hut but have had terrible experiences with the location in Bella Vista. I am so happy to say that we are very pleased, after reluctantly trying it again tonight! Everything is exactly what we ordered, delivered quickly (friendly driver), and our food was still hot! I even called the store to give my compliments to the manager, Maria!I am SO glad this location is finally under new management since we last tried it over a year...read full review

I would bounce between Pizza Hut and the other place across the highway. The other place consistently messed up my order. The Hut on the other hand always gets it right for the pizzas that I normally order. Haven't had a bad experience with them yet. I won't be going back to the others across the highway.
