“I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker at this location. And I literally drive past multiple other Subways to coem here quite often as I have a picky eater that only eats a handful of things - subway being one of them!
I asked for the owners info to talk to him about it. He went above and beyond what was required to help me. He started by telling me how much he appreciates my business and then he offered more than necessary to make the situation right.
I was SO impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
What could have been a situation that caused me to never come back was turned around all because of this impressive man!“
“We all have problems In our life but when you come to place in morning just to get a sandwich to start your day, there is no best place then these two morning shift girls. Jacey and tericha they both nice. They know how to make sandwich. They greet you with happy smile which make your day. Keep it up.They deserved a raise. Good luck“
“I try the on-line ordering. I was a little overwhelm me some. I made remarks in the Special Request. Got home and both sandwiches had all the veggies on them. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I have always enjoyed the sandwiches. Maybe make the on-line easier for us not so savy with this stuff.SincerelyRita“
