“Management was very poor. She got upset and rude with me when I asked her for fresher tomatoes, due to the poor site of the very few "like maybe 12-14 left at bottom of pan." Only when I decided not to buy my sandwiches, is when she snapped very loud and rudely to the helper to go get the new pan of tomatoes. If it hadn't been for the helper having been there and he had already finished with my sandwiches except for only tomatoes, I would not have bought mine; I would have just bought my my husband's that had already been made prior to my ordering.“
“Beautiful location and awesome staff. The entrance is just off the street and they're located on a corner spot with tons of windows great for people watching. Online and in store ordering are easy, but they'll get pretty busy every now and again. Online ordering took longer than just walking in. “This used to be one of the best subways in Hot springs. That being said, The manager does not treat her employees right. My husband let her know that he was going to start looking for another job because of the driving distance and she cut his pay and took away his promotion she also cut his hours in half. She has the audacity to talk about her employees behind their back. This is not someone who should be a manager. He has been one of the most hard working people they have had in a long time.“
