“I gave 4 stars overall for the simple fact that there was limited places to sit for our group size. “Unable to get up on stools” Tables were full from other customers and 3 tables were taken by 3 staff members all sitting at their own table, “ only one had food” which were all tables that hold up to 4 people.
Cinnamon twist were stale which they corrected with no issue. They were extremely friendly.“
“Used the Taco Bell app for delivery. The door dasher that brought my order, dropped the incorrect order off at my house. I submitted a complaint through the app but didn't look like i would get a refund/replacement anytime soon. Called the store up and let them know what happened, and they offered to replace the meal for me. It wasn't their mistake and they could have easily said to wait on the app, but they took care of it.“
