“when going through the drive thru , i was told to go around twice to make separate orders and in those the lady at the when window told me to pull to the front even tho i did not want to, the only decent thing about my experience the 2nd lady who brought my food out. she was very sweet and made sure i was satisfied with my order. thats how customer service should be not smart mouth kids who dont do their job correctly“

“Getting food is usually a good experience. They've never gotten my order wrong and customer servicec is good. They can get pretty busy, though. The wait isn't too long at certain times. Late night weekends can get busy and have a long wait. Its best to order online first and go pick it up before the doors are locked. Better call n make sure what time.“

“We're stuck in a hotel because of the snow and the hotel has zero food (most things in the vending were expired lmao) and literally taco bell came through and gave us exactly what we wanted! The absolute best, so thankful they were able to be open and be ready.“
