“Used the Taco Bell app for delivery. The door dasher that brought my order, dropped the incorrect order off at my house. I submitted a complaint through the app but didn't look like i would get a refund/replacement anytime soon. Called the store up and let them know what happened, and they offered to replace the meal for me. It wasn't their mistake and they could have easily said to wait on the app, but they took care of it.“
“I mean it’s Taco Bell. It’s a fast food chain on the lower end so I am basing a review on the expectations I would have for a place on that caliber. So personally, I love Taco Bell. I think they offer amazing rewards and quick and easy ways to earn free food. Every single time I order, I earn a free food item. They also consistently come out with new products and ideas and deals. Plus every Tuesday they offer a chance to get something free or some kind of limited, collectible item etc. So right now they have 2 things on their menu that are new and that I keep coming back to. One is the mini taco bowl shell thingy and the other is their New Mexican pizza with chipotle and Baja flavors. I get it with the chicken but my daughter who is a vegetarian gets the vegetarian version. The mini taco bowl is only $2.50 too I mean hello?? Taco Bell is awesome!!“
