“First time in two months that our order was 100% correct !! I don't know what has happened with the fast food industry, but the quality of service has been just awful these past several years. I truly believe that half the employees at the various restaurants do not know how to read. That is the only thing that can explain why more orders are wrong than correct.It seems to be that all drive-thru restaurants have this issue, and its nationwide, not just our local restaurants.Anyway, it was nice to receive what we ordered without disappointment.Thanks TB Crew,James & Donna“
“I am leaving five stars ONLY because of one employee. I have traveled most of the United States and visited multiple Taco Bells. This Taco Bell I will buy from “If” Joy is working a shift. I won't let anyone else make my food either. She delivers a service Taco Bell should always stand by—excellent customer service, speedy food service, and the food that tastes like food. Every Taco Bell I have been to, the food tastes disgusting and is typically old or cold. Not when Joy is working. Only go if Joy is available. I will be back soon!“
“Had wrong order took it back to them after calling and the manager was awesome and calm and very respectful and she made our order right and fast she needs to be noticed for real wish I had asked for her name because that is the first time in my 48 years that I have ever been treated so kindly and understanding and with no issues what so ever after explaining to her the mishap she definitely needs a raise ????????“
