We order takeout from Thai Basil all the time and there is a specific dish with broccoli that I really like, except that each hunk of broccoli is always way too huge, about the size of four bites. Tonight as we placed the order over the phone we asked if the broccoli could be chopped smaller. They said no, they were too busy. 😱 Sounds like they are too busy for our business.

Have previously posted an unsatisfactory review on Google on the Phad Thai I ordered for pickup. The restaurant did respond and offer to call them so they could could provide a replacement meal at no cost.
Problem is I live 30 minutes away and it's not to my benefit to drive all the way back on the chance they'd get it right this time. It should have been right the first time and wasn't!
