“Before you make a review on this restaurant understand who you’re talking about. These people work hard to give you their best and on time. What you receive is the recommended amount they are supposed to put in the food and what they make is exactly how it is rung up. If you’re not sure if the order is correct then read the screen or ask if they can read it back to you. And before you come in yapping about NO sour cream😱 or how your chalupa has NO LETTUCE in it😱 be kind. Ask nicely for them to remake it. They are people too. Majority are just minor’s trying to get through the day. You don’t know what everyone goes through.“

“Best carnitas ever! I loved the crunchy bark on the pork. The salsa verde and hot sauce were phenomenal. Rice and refried beans were flavorful and cooked perfectly. I didn’t care for the pasta soup (not sure of its proper name so picture is attached). Corn tortillas were great too.“

“I just went today for the first time, but I just need one time to get impressed or not, and I would go back again because they impressed me in a good way. Authentic Mexican food, they are very friendly, and there are more things in the menu that I want to try.“

“Ordered the grilled steak chimichanga , it was very, very good.
There may have been a little language barrier with the server, but all and all not bad.
The atmosphere is dark and dated, but I'm okay with that.
The food was surprisingly good. I will be returning sooner rather than later“

“Just have to say Papitos was fantastic today. Yes it took a bit to get all our food. However, we were a large group with no reservation,and the restaurant was Sunday after church busy. Our service was great; chips and salsa and drinks kept full ;and the birthday performance was fun.“

“We've been looking for a go-to Mexican restaurant since we moved back to Jonesboro two years ago. My husband had never been to El Acapulco until yesterday, and he was impressed. The food was great and our server was very attentive. We'll definitely be going back.“

“Took my sister here for lunch. It was better than the first time I tried this place. I had the burrito, and it was huge. It was delicious. I had the chicken al pastor, and it was delicious. The first time I ordered delivery, and my food was horrible. I'm glad I gave them a second chance. I was not disappointed this time.“

“Potentially our favorite Mexican food right now. Easy going atmosphere, kid friendly, quick service and good food. If we're in the mood for Mexican food, this is the most consistent restaurant to meet that craving, and we can do it very affordably, even for a family of 6.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly meals, even for pickier eaters (E.g., chicken fingers), and more than happy to supply plates to break up meals for the smaller kids.“
