“I am here to recognize Burger King on north Reynolds road in Bryant, Arkansas. My husband called and asked me to bring him a meal from Burger King for lunch today. And when I got there, the customer service was exceptional from the time of ordering to the guy that I took my money and the lady that not only recognized me but she recognized my dog and gave my dog a piece of bacon. This type of service is what we need every single day and I appreciate the kindness that I experienced.. so for the employees that worked on April 20, 2025, on Easter, around 12:50pm, give yourselves a pat on the back.“

She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was perfect. “Food was good and hot, but the main thing I was impressed with was the very sweet lady working the front. This was my first time trying Sharks and she was patient and so nice. I am not great at remembering names but remember her saying MIA because that was at the end of her name. She provided excellent customer service.“
