“I don't like leaving bad reviews because I have been in the restaurant business for a long time as a General manager but you don't allow private messages so I don't have much of a choice. I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality of the food tonight. I understand a busy night but it's still important for your staff to monitor the quality of food and not make careless mistakes. My son went in to get an ice cream blizzard and not only did they give him a sloppy blizzard they knew was bad because he said they did not flip it but they once again punched my punch card that was 6 weeks for the actual date, that wouldn't be a big deal but they did it twice.“

“My fiancé and I went by this evening a little before 7. The lot was full and very busy! I have to brag because the service was still great! The person taking our order was very polite. The smile tray (or whatever your store may call it) came by us a few times. Our carhop was very friendly. My fiancé said his burritos were wrapped perfectly. Thanks for a providing a great experience even in your busiest of times!“

“I came in this morning and Alex took my order and was my carhop. My order was correct hot and delicious and when she noticed that my salsa was not with my order she promptly went back in with no hesitation and retrieve them for me. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience thank you. After posting my review I noticed all the bad reviews and people tend to take more time to leave something bad than they do good. I'm glad I could leave the good post.“

“The drive-thru is extremely slow most of the time because they "cook to order," but food is usually fresh. Despite repeating our order 3x and questioning if it had been taken correctly, it was still incorrect. We live the town over, so there was nothing we could do by the time we found out. They have too much going on when they get slammed like that, I don't know how the cashier stayed so calm.
Parking: Parking is a bit of a mess. The row closest to the building is usually blocked by the takeout line, so getting in and out of those spots can be a bit of a challenge. There is another row of spots adjacent to the building. Extra spots can be found on the backside of the building with an entrance on that side as well.“

“Ordered online while I was headed up there and it was waiting for me when I got there. Everything was there and correct (they were super busy)the guy at the pickup counter was nice, The food was delicious 🤤 So glad we have one in Cabot.“

“Went through the drive thru and everyone was very polite and professional. I asked for my bacon to be special cooked crispy and the employee there named Andrew did a excellent job and it was a fantastic burger. Thoroughly appreciated the experience, thanks“

“Shout out to Ashley being my carhop today. Today was the busiest/bumper to bumper volume I’ve ever seen at a sonic before. Due to the storm I was glad they were open & had food. All stalls were full, drive thru line was backed up past the stalls, and traffic was backed up on the highway. Staff didn’t miss a beat & was still super nice taking my 3 orders for coworkers and Ashley just was “amazing”. I wished the staff could get double the tips today to show how much they’re appreciated, especially with such an overwhelming amount of customers to satisfy. Best of all our orders were all correct and with the sheer volume of what they had to handle today that really shows how well of a team this sonic has! Great work! ❤️❤️“

“Ordered dinner for my brother-in-law and sister. Dasher arrived and delivered the wrong order to the wrong place. Called Arby's when I found out the order was wrong. Told them my sister was heading down. They completely remade the order free of charge since my order had been left there by the dasher and they had to toss it.“

“My husband and I stopped by on our way through Cabot and we were greeted by a young man named Travis. He was such a delight! Such a wonderful attitude! Zaxby’s was awesome as usual, but it’s Travis we are bragging about today. He put a smile on my face and took our order with a smile on his face. He was kind and gracious. Great work, Travis.“
