“This is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at Subway! Helen absolutely made my day. She greeted each new person who came through the door with a cheerful smile and attitude. She made conversation with each customer as she built their sandwich and genuinely added to my experience. She even let me know what items were new to the menu or leaving soon, above and beyond what i expected. Thank you Helen! Count me as a reference for a raise!“

“I have been to this location many times and have seen the crew change. The new manager seems to truly care about the employees and their jobs. Sarah has been so kind and inviting each time i have been there. The young lady akiri is sweet and kind and always a joy to see.“

“It's a little bit after the Joint opened so we beat the lunch crowd. It's been a while since I have been here and I will have to say that the sandwich makers are all "Spot On"! My sandwich is the 6" outlaw and a large coke and a bag of Doritos.This is by far the best Subway I have been to. The Manager of the place has been working here for a while and she has a lot of experience with the transactions and the business. She's perfect for leading the great help of the team that is under her training. Well Done. Thanks for the sandwich it was delicious.“

“This place has great food, but it has been taking longer and longer to get my food. When I try to order over the phone to pick up, I get asked to hold and then wait for at least 3 minutes or the line is busy. Maybe an online ordering system would be a good fit. Seems like they may be understaffed at the moment as well.“

“I’ve never had any problems there until tonight. I ordered my food in Italian sub, and the checker went back towards the back, after he took my order I noticed a young man cleaning back behind the register wearing gloves. I was the only customer in there, so I stood in front of the cash register to watch, he asked me can I help you? I said I’m just watching than he turned to make my sub. Taking the meat and putting it on a piece of paper, wearing the same gloves he was wearing when he was cleaning the back counter I asked him to change his gloves because I don’t want to get sick and he ripped his gloves off his hands and threw them in the garbage and gave lots of attitude I was afraid to eat my food because you can’t see behind the counter when he’s making the sandwich , so I asked for refund because I didn’t know what he’s gonna do to my food behind the counter. His attitude was so bad I told the manager that I will pay for the chips because I was standing at the counter eating them . And my refund has not been placed back on my ATM card yet I was very disappointed I eat at this restaurant once or twice a month and never had any problems before, they’re normally so friendly.“

“Best experience in a LONG time. Expected to not have a good service experience because the last few times were not good. The lady that is working today was absolutely wonderful! We seen her stocking before we walked in the door and we were already impressed! She was so attentive and friendly during our whole visit. We will definitely be back if she’s working!“
“We go here every Friday to get my husband his cheesesteak and ultimate fries, he absolutely loves this place....I love the salad version of the ones I can actually eat, since I'm on the keto diet, but they don't add enough actual salad for me.“

“The place is really good. The food is really good and they have tons of ingredients for your sub. Food is reasonable price. The service is good at this place they help. But sometimes they don't clean everyday and it shows with the floors.“

“Ordered online while I was headed up there and it was waiting for me when I got there. Everything was there and correct (they were super busy)the guy at the pickup counter was nice, The food was delicious 🤤 So glad we have one in Cabot.“
