“Wow — so impressed! My husband and I have been wanting to try in person but haven’t had the time. We even signed up for the text message promos months ago with intentions of stopping by. Today is Memorial Day and I’ve been sick and decided to door dash Capriotti’s and we are blown away. Everything was perfect and so fresh. Fresh deli meat and toppings, very generous portions, soft bread and wonderful cookies. Thank you for treating delivery orders as you would any other customer! Can’t wait to visit in person.“

“Chicken Salad Chick is fantastic across the board! They have been going to the Mercy Hospital in Rogers on a handful of Fridays to serve as the lunch special and not only is the food fresh and totally delicious the customer service is above and beyond. They are so kind, enthusiastic about the products and just a joy to have there. I work at Mercy as an independent vendor and I always look forward to it! If you haven't tried it yet, definitely check them out!“

“Garret was fantastic. My sandwich was delicious and he made sure not to rush me and let me take my time with what I wanted while being personable and friendly. He built rapport and I definitely will come back to this location. It was also very clean location!“
“It’s always so good! I’ve had it four times in the last two weeks 🫣. The only thing is the caramelized onions definitely aren’t caramelized. They look just slightly sweated. The bread makes up for it though.“
“The new items on menu, especially taquitos are not good. Otherwise, the subs are of usual taste. The staff were very friendly, and the place was pretty neat. I wish they had some veggie patties available. Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite if you’re shopping around Rogers.“

“I went into subway today first time in a long time and was helped by Steven who was working a very long shift and still like 9 hours in had the best attitude ever so hopefully this helps him but yea great service couldn’t ask for anything better 5/1/26“
“Stopped by this morning to grab lunch for my wife and I. What exceptional service. The food was great. The gentleman that took my order was so courteous. He thanked me and ensured I knew how they appreciated me. When my order was ready, the lady who prepared it thanked me and wished me a great day. They also gave me a drink carrier and held the door open for me as I exited. You don’t see this type of service at a fast food restaurant anymore. Made me smile. I’ll definitely make the trek to Bentonville to use this location again. Thank you!“

“I really like the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. And I really like the fresh baked cookies. And I normally go to the Centerton location, but I’m temporarily going to this location, because my friend who normally works at the Centerton location is temporarily working at this location. And by the way, I really hope that all subway restaurants add mozzarella cheese to the menu of ingredients, because sandwiches tasted better during the year when that ingredient was on the menu.“

“Placed an online order yesterday. But I got the address wrong and showed up here. So I reordered the Italian 5 meat. I was trying to look up the other stores number so I could cancel the order but was getting sandwich questions. I thought, I'll just eat the charge for being stupid. But about an hour later I get an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and my card was refunded. So someone from this store took care of this for me. THANK YOU. And the sandwich was delicious.“
