“Is it the best Mexican food I've had? No. Service wasnt great. Initiallyit was ok but waited a long time for the ticket to pay. Food was good. Better than fast food would have been. If I'm staying overnight here again, I'll come back for sure.

“Got my family to try this place not long ago. I haven't been since I was a kid, so I didn't know what to expect food wise. I have to say this place is amazing. Not only was the owner trusting enough to let me take my food and bring back more money when I ended up being short on cash, but they were some of the sweetest people I have ever met! It's all carry out, but the food is still just as delicious when you get it home. We got the catfish plates and the catfish was so good. I'm not a huge fish eater, but now I crave their fish! The plates include fries, slaw, onion, pickles and 2 hushpuppies which were also yummy. I highly recommend coming to this place!”

On the 23rd we had lunch and on the 24th we had breakfast, but in addition to some tasty meals, we met some waitresses who became our friends, their familiar treatment overwhelmed us, their human quality was incomparable, we returned to Michigan with an unforgettable memory of them . Thank you Crystal, Vakita and Mary, you make ole sawmill cafe the most special place we have visited.”

Parking: Accessible parking. We parked right in front of the door. There is a huge parking lot across the street.

“Nice little shop off the beaten path. You wouldn't know it was there until you turned into the parking lot. the store was very clean. i noticed how every time they made a sandwich. They would clean off the board that they made it on, which was impressive. A sandwich was recommended which I tried and it was very good. i would eat here again.”

“Came here for lunch on our way through town. Was seated pretty quickly. Waitress was quick to get us taken care of. Food came out relatively quick as well.
We ordered 2 lunch meals, an appetizer and a desert and our total was under $40.
The food was pretty great! I would come back and I would recommend this place.
