“We ordered cowboy bacon, meatballs, pecan cranberry pinwheels, catch a man dip, spinach dip, and mini chicken kabobs for a baby shower. It’s the first time people really raved about the food. Emily came and set everything up with serving utensils. It was fabulous and reasonably priced. I could not have been more pleased.“

“Look, I don’t know where y’all found Tavares, but please do not let him go. Never have I ever had anyone, in my 30+ years of life, make certain drinks I’ve always been familiar with as well as him. They literally made me walk up to him and thank him for making them so well. His hospitality is unmatched as well. “My family and I have been regulars at Brick and Forge for years, visiting at least once a month. We’ve always appreciated the friendly employees and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunately, today we witnessed a member of management screaming at the staff and speaking to them in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. It was upsetting and heartbreaking to see, especially because these employees are usually so kind and welcoming.
I’ve noticed the atmosphere changing in recent weeks, and I truly hope Brick and Forge looks into what is happening. Employees deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, not yelling and humiliation. I hope management does better and provides these hardworking employees with the supportive environment they deserve.

“First time here tonight with my husband. I was very impressed that they sent the dishwasher to the store to get me some sour cream instead of telling me that they didn't have it. That's the first time that's happened to me at any restaurant. I didn't know that until she brought me my baked potato (The only thing on the menu I could eat right now) That's customer care and excellent customer service! Thanks!“
