I had a fingernail come through my straw at this location and they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. I said it once before but I’m not going back. That’s where I draw the line. I literally spit this nail out🤢
Absolutely nothing the GM is unprofessional and can’t figure out how to ring up a drink how hard is it to get a half coffee have shake blended together????
Literally charge me for a shake and an add-on or charge me for a shake and a coffee charging for a larger size shake there were literally multiple ways that someone could bring that up but I was with you by the GM because she doesn’t have it bouton for that.
Dave ward sonic has become the worst sonic
Disappointing food. Asked for my money back they said they couldn’t give it back? Really? Replaced my order with a chicken sandwich NOT THE CHICKEN STRIP SANDWICH I asked for. 7.59 compared to 1.59 & didn’t want to give me my $$ back for the rest. Really? Had a sweet manger give me the sandwich I asked for and my money back. I think her name was Dustin. THANK YOU DUSTIN. But won’t be returning here for awhile. It shouldn’t be this complicated.
