“It's Taco Bell - don't expect fine dining. The food is tasty, addicting, somewhat bland, but consistent, which is important if you have food allergies or sensitivities. The locations I've been to always seem a bit understaffed and stressed -i.e., the service is a bit abrupt and rude, which is unfortunately the norm for most fast food restaurants now.
Dietary restrictions: You can find options that don't have dairy. I would be careful if you have celiac or a gluten allergy. The corn tortillas are gluten-free, but everything is prepared in the same kitchen, with the same people using the same utensils.
Parking: The Oak Street location has parking in the back of the restaurant - not good if you can't walk the distance around the building to get in
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible on paper, but not practically. There are handicap spaces, but you have to make your way around the building to get in. They do have a good drive-thru“
“I placed a mobile order and picked it up rather quickly. They had my food ready and correct it was super hot which I greatly appreciate also to the person working the drive-through window who told me my nail color was cute and also said they appreciated my patience please let them know I appreciate them. Absolutely fantastic Taco Bell experience love my Dave Ward location. I choose it over all the others every time.“
“Thanks to Snoop at Prince location. About 2 weeks ago, my mexican pizza order with extra beef and no beans got mixed up with one that was ONLY beans. Ughhhh!!! So I called and couldn't even stay frustrated long because she was so courteous and professional. Advised me to come back, let me know her hours. Went back the next night and she got me right! Kindness goes a long way!!!“
