We meet tonight for an early Christmas fellowship. We had a great time visiting with the workers and friends we forgot to take photos of our gathering. thank you for making this place feel like West Memphis is home to a new person in town. “Traveling from Texas to Missouri and this was some of the best BBQ we have ever had - chopped beef sandwich was moist and tender and just the right amount of smoky flavor- coleslaw was perfect - potato salad was excellent and onion rings were hot crispy and delicious! One of the best road trip choices we have made!!”

The portion size is efficient for the price. I gave 4 stars on the food due to lack of flavor on the Chicken. Overall, the service is to paar.”

“i would not recommend this! below is my formal complaint to the Alabama Department of Health. On 11/26/22 we ate at the lucky buffet (241 US-31 Ste 55, Hartselle, AL 35640). Between 730pm and 830pm we had complained about the food being old, hard and stale. The only thing we asked for and got was Chinese donuts. They delayed 20 minutes on meat products. I set a plate down after seeing there was nothing added to the buffet. I witnessed an employee pick it up and walk to place it back on the clean stack. This was approximately 15 feet away. I'm concerned this restaurant is being unsanitary. It was empty of people and I know they didn't want to cook a lot for us 4 guests, but bringing only donuts out and putting dirty plates on the clean stack is not acceptable. Please follow up on this, I think of someone who may be sick and this could have a big impact on someone if they got sick due to unwillingness to be sanitary in a restaurant.”

“During a recent road trip, we had just stopped driving for the night and needed a quick bite to eat. Nothing seemed to deliver to the hotel, so we chose to head over to Subway. My husband submitted our order online and at the same time, the register started glitching. It was giving the workers a hard time and the young lady was so calm and completely kept her composure during the whole ordeal. She indicated it was her last night there and had provided friendly service. Her coworker made our subs perfectly!Also, kudos for the PERFECT glove use! Removal and replacement happened just when they were supposed to as observed by my friend who's been in food service for over 20 yrs. She was quite impressed with the way the two staff members operated.Thank you!”
