“I stopped by Natural State Coffee Roasters and everything was fantastic. I ordered a hot cookie butter latte and it was absolutely delicious—the flavor was spot on and not too sweet at all. It was the perfect pick-me-up. I also grabbed a banana nut bread muffin that was incredibly soft and moist.

The customer service was top-notch and very friendly, and my wait time was minimal. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I love the fish fillet sandwich. I ordered one as a combo.
The speed and accuracy of the order was great, however the fish was not cooked long enough.It was not crisp as normal, but rather it was doughy. I ordered another one hoping it would surely be different. Unfortunately, it too was doughy, not cooked long enough.
This certainly takes away the goodness of the fish fillet.
Also, are the fish fillets smaller? It was noticeably smaller...“

“This is our favorite Starbucks in town! From the employees, the service, the comfy chairs, the atmosphere and of course the coffee and yummy food selection, it’s all fantastic! After a long day at work, this is our favorite place to come and unwind. They also have a great outdoor patio you can enjoy on nice days.

We love the location right off I-40 and the new extended hours 4:30 am to 10 pm daily.

On another note, I saw a comment below about service was slow. It’s never slow to us and we are always here. Just wondering if people ever think about them hiring new people? They hire new people all the time. I know it takes a whole to learn how to make all the different drinks and learn their software system. Take it from a regular you won’t be disappointed in this location and if you are, they will make it right.“

“I only go to Starbucks for the Honey Citrus Mint Tea. When it is right, it is soothing and helps me get through my day. However, it is not consistent. If it is made right, I need to go back the same day or the next day. Sometimes, like today, I am disappointed because it is bland and watery. Consistency is the key to a chain establishment. Please work on this. I love this tea.“
