Not sure whom Belinda is but she should NOT be talking to customers or taking orders.
You can’t place an order without being talked over. You will have to repeat your self with everything you say. And I’m not the only one that leaned away from the speaker because it seems as though she is yelling. They sent a car hop out to take the order and even the car hop had to repeat everything more than once.
Horrible experience. Only reason I gave 2 stars for service...read full review

It's Sonic. They've messed up several orders and the ice cream was a tad unpleasant tasting. You know what you're signing up for though.
Loved it

Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant that offers a convenient app for ordering. The carhops are reported to be friendly and efficient, with one reviewer praising their quick service. However, there have been reports of some staff being snotty and rude, particularly towards the end of the day. The restaurant does not appear to honor the Tuesday night family night promotion, which offers a buy one get one #1 burger deal. While some reviewers have had great experiences with friendly workers and good food, others have found the service to be lacking in customer consciousness. It seems that the restaurant can be hit or miss depending on the time of day and the staff on duty.
