“Stopped here to eat on our way home from vacation. I don’t remember the name of what I ordered but it was grilled chicken and grilled shrimp on a bed of rice, served with sliced avocado and pico de mango. It was DELICIOUS! Food came out quickly and was fresh!! Cost for my meal was $14.50–it was a lot of food, so much that I couldn’t finish it myself. I don’t know that I’ll be through this way again, but I plan on asking our local Mexican restaurant to make this for me!“

“I felt like I was back in rural Mexico. The atmosphere is very authentic and not quite to American standards (some may be put off by the bathroom facilities-no soap, no paper towels, no toilet seat!), but the food is delicious! Food presentation was appealing, and while I’d have liked my food to be a bit hotter (temperature-wise) it was still very good. The owners are nice, service was good and facility is clean.“
