I have eat here twice. The first time the owner served me and explained everything and was so nice. Second time the preparers seemed not so warm but not necessarily rude. The checker was on the rude side. She was not that busy so shouldn’t have been in such a hurry. Definitely not warm and kind. Never saw a smile on anyone’s face. But food was great. No complaints there.

Great customer service & absolutely delicious food. The baked potato was huge & very filling & those burnt turkey ends were the BEST! Clean atmosphere, great customer service, & delicious fresh food. Hella Fresh is a hidden gem in El Dorado.

The burnt turkey ends are frequently called the BEST and something special. The large salad bowl, with a great choice of well over a dozen ingredient options, is also a standout. The Italian ice is noted as the best thing going in El Dorado during the summer. The atmosphere is clean, if a bit industrial, but efficient.
