Best burgers I've had in the 4 states area!
On the order freshly made burgers and all fresh ingredients!!!! My picky eater devoured her burger; which speaks volumes. The gelato was an added bonus! We would 100% come back and recommend.

Pauly's Burgers, Fries & Gelato in Eureka Springs, AR serves delicious food and great atmosphere. The burgers are very good; the royal burger and the single regular beef are both really good. The Wagu beef burger is so GOOOOD. The fries are wonderful, very crispy and salty, and the waffle fries are worth the wait. The sauce was really good too. The floats are amazing, and the gelato, like cookie butter and lemon&coconut, is so delicious. The staff is nice, awesome, and the place is really clean. Some other restaurant claims to have the best burger in Eureka Springs but this place knocks it out of the park. The wait was 1 hour 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 waffle fries, but the burgers were worth the wait.
