“I was greeted with a smile and genuine desire to answer any of my questions. There were only 2 spaces open in the 15min parking area and all the permanent parking was taken. For good reason! The inside of the shop was full, yet inviting. The head barista talked coffee with me and shared the “community over competition” focus that they have. That means they don’t serve local roaster coffees, opting to share out of town roasters with their client base and telling them to go drink local coffees at the local shops if they want local. They currently buy from roasters in North Carolina, Washington, and Kansas City. I couldn’t wait to try my half-sweet cardamom honey latte before snapping a pic. Hence the skewed latte art! Go check them out!! It was outstanding.“

“I have not been to the store but I did order syrups online (based on a Reddit thread that said that Pink House Alchemy had the best small-batch coffee syrups). I ordered Toasted Caramel and pH Delight, but when I received my order, I had received Toasted Caramel and Vanilla Bean. I reached out to let them know and they immediately made it right, no hesitations. As a small company, fixing issues like this is not always easy or accessible, but they know how to keep their customers happy. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I know that this review will not be helpful to anyone going to the actual storefront, but I do want to leave this for anyone who is thinking about buying syrups online without trying them first. I am currently drinking my first Pink House Alchemy syruped coffee and I have no regrets. It is perfectly sweet with the right amount of vanilla flavor, and no other yucky ingredients. This purchase might be one of my best of 2025.“

They source their coffee, tea, syrups and baked goods locally which is great and the local places they selected are all some of the best places in the NWA area.

It was a bit chilly inside so we didnt stay long but nice atmosphere with tables, couches and outlets to use.“

“Onyx Coffee has completely redefined what coffee is for me. I'm not exaggerating when I say that no other roaster even comes close. I’ve had coffee from local cafés, fancy third-wave shops, even so-called “award-winning” baristas, and none of it touches what I can make at home with Onyx beans and their brew guide in hand. Their instructions aren’t just helpful. They’re transformative. It’s like getting a cheat code for perfect coffee. Every roast comes with a dialed-in recipe that actually works, not vague “use two tablespoons” nonsense. You follow it, and suddenly your kitchen smells like ambition and good decisions. The clarity, the sweetness, the balance... it's ridiculous. Honestly, it feels unfair. I shouldn’t be making better coffee in my house than professionals are serving in cafés with exposed brick and ironic playlists, but here we are. Onyx turned me into the guy who brings his own beans on vacation. I have no shame and no regrets. “Nice, new Dunkin inside of Walmart on MLK. It is an express location, so they only have drinks and donuts. I go here often for iced coffee, which is good and fast. The donuts are good but they sell out of a lot of popular ones earlier in the day. Donuts are also around 1.50 each, which I think is pricey. They do not accept Dunkin rewards since they are run by Walmart, so that's a bummer. There are always a lot of employees, and for the most part it is quick. Small seating area and retail section but mostly for to go. Hope they add the hot food soon like the other Dunkin Express locations.“

I stopped by here for few hours, sipping on my For-Here Mug, Hot Tea, enjoying this beautiful atmosphere. Seating galore - whopping, 56!

Let me first say that this location has great baristas that not only willing to help you with your order, but can spike up a personal conversation with you. It’s a small gesture that speaks volume when you can go to a business and it mean more than just a business transaction. Thank you, Even (Store Manager) and Leslie for a great service!

From the outside, it has a gorgeous entrance with red brick and wooden planks to make it feel like you’re about to enter into something more than just a coffee shop. Once inside, I was impressed.

Space is surprisingly much larger than it looks from the outside. This is definitely a perfect spot for small and large groups. As soon as you come in, to the right you have option for four tables and eight chairs. To the left you have large conference table with eight chairs. Against the windows, additional seating with four chairs.

As you walk towards the Order Counter, to the right you’ll discover large and beautiful old-style map displaying, “The Three Coffee Growing Regions of the World.” Below it a large wooden bench with four tables and four chairs.

By the merchandise shelf, more seating. Four tables and eight chairs. You’d think that’s all they offer for their seating. They also have additional six medal tables and twelve high chairs. The total seating for interior comes to whopping - forty-four seating options.

If you still can’t fit your large group inside, not to worry. They offer even more seating on their patio with, six tables and twelve chairs.

I’m looking forward to returning here. One of the baristas shared with me that, “This location is soon to be remodeled.” Overall, great experience to come and get work done or hangout with your family and friends.“

“I go here for breakfast often when school is in session. The place is wonderful to study in. The environment is busy, but at the same time makes you feel productive.

I recommend the blueberry bagel, ham and cheese croissant, blueberry danish, and the London Fog.“
