Support is non existent. I cant sign into the app to make my lunch orders when I want to eat here. Nobody responds to emails at slim chickens and the phones at the corporate always send you to message boxes.
Ordered at 5pm still don’t have my order. They want answer phone or text! I know my food is going to be cold. I love slim chickens but the one on Alcoa in Benton has gotten horrible. !!
Garlic parm salty as hell. Chicken is mid at best. No standards for employees. Never go to slims 2 hours before they close, dry reheated chicken couldn’t even make a 7 minute drive back home without being bearly above room temperature. Slims is lucky that the food inspector goes home at 5pm. Not to mention the prices, compared to portion sizes
