On my most recent visit, I actually messed up my own wing order. Completely my fault. G could have easily hit me with the professional version of “Sir, you ordered that,” and honestly, he would have had a point. Instead, he took care of me. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, even though they were fixing a mistake I made. THAT is customer service.

And this was not some one-time miracle. The team here is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They actually check the orders, make sure everything is right, and treat you like they’re happy you came in instead of wondering why you had the audacity to want dinner.

The wait times are also consistently low. Somehow they manage to get the food out quickly without your wings arriving like they were introduced to the fryer through a Zoom call. They’re hot, fresh, properly sauced, and the order is right. Efficiency and quality apparently can coexist.

G clearly runs a strong team. Everybody is personable, professional, and moves with a sense of purpose. No chaos behind the counter, no 40-minute spiritual journey waiting for 10 wings, no getting home and discovering somebody forgot half your order.

Great food will get me through the door. Great service, consistency, and a team that takes care of people will keep me coming back.
