“great, hard workers, and super polite. i feel bad for for isaac (who was working the front). this one lady was causing a scene about waiting for 30 minutes on her food. i doubt she was there for 30 minutes. the store looked pretty busy for how many employees were there. isaac was doing the best he could and tried his best to apologize to this lady. which wasn’t his fault (if anyone’s ever worked fast food they would understand service industry isn’t easy). she was causing a scene for the whole crew and it was truly embarrassing for me! these people need a raise!!“
“First time being at any Wing Stop and they were quick and efficient. Picked up a few of the meal deals with boneless wings. I’m not big on dry rub wins I’m more of a sauce type but I tell ya I’ll go back for sure because of quality of chicken meat they use and those dry rubs are pretty darn good. This order was for take-out and there are so many places that get take out orders wrong but this Wing Stop done great job overall.“
“I I have to say, tonight was hands down one of my best experiences at my local Wingstop, and it’s all thanks to William and the amazing team he works with.
They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I stopped in for a small order—the 2 chicken strips for $2—and if William hadn’t told me about the survey that gets you free fries, I never would have tried them. I had no idea what I’d been missing!
I ended up trying the Voodoo Fries, and now I can honestly say they’ll be part of every order from now on. I may come in for the 2 for $2 deal, but I’m definitely leaving with Voodoo Fries too.
If you’re ever at the Wingstop in Fort Smith, do yourself a favor and ask for William. He’ll make sure you’re well taken care of and help make your visit a great experience. Excellent customer service like his deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great work!“
