Chuy's is a new Tex-Mex restaurant in Fort Smith offering delicious food. The mixed fajitas, with tender and flavorful steak and chicken, are repeatedly called amazing and the best. Dishes like the ChuyChanga with boom-boom sauce are excellent, and the fresca table salsa is noted, though a little spicy. The guacamole is fresh. The menu offers different Mexican dishes than some are accustomed to. As a newer place, it is still working on getting everything right, but the service gets better each visit. Staff and managers go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, even replacing entire meals to ensure happiness. It is a great place for fajitas and considered the best Tex-Mex in years.
