“You can’t not go to Sonic, but you can critique an item or an experience if needed. I was looking forward to trying the bacon jam burger. The patty was so over cooked I could barely gnaw through it bite by bite. And don’t expect that beautiful thick layer of bacon jam you see on the commercial. What a disappointment.“

This provides it a second chance but could limit some people with mobility issues including a seating area on the second floor. Reasonable menu choices but really come for the beer. Can be rather busy affecting service, however, not horribly. Games and TV's to provide further entertainment.“

“We visited about three years ago for a baseball tournament and absolutely fell in love with both the food and the atmosphere. Since we don’t live nearby, we don’t get to visit often, but we decided to make the trip for Glow on the Row and checked our kids out of school early just so we could enjoy dinner here again around 3:15. The hostess, dressed as the Bumblebee Beanie Baby, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She truly set the right tone. Unfortunately, our experience with our server was the complete opposite. She was inattentive, never smiled, and didn’t check on us once. When I mentioned how disappointing our pizza was, her only response was “okay.” We had to repeatedly go to the bar ourselves to grab napkins, and no one ever offered drink refills or asked if we needed anything. The restaurant wasn’t busy, only about five tables were seated so there was really no excuse for the lack of service. To make matters worse, the pizza was terrible. We ordered a half-cheese and half-Sarah Meadows, but the entire pizza came out as plain cheese; so overcooked and dry that we couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. There was no sauce at all, and the dough was tough and flavorless. Sadly, this visit was nothing like the wonderful experience we remembered. The quality and service have gone downhill, and it’s not the same place we fell in love with a few years ago.“
