This is a old school spot still standing! The burgers are hand pattied and great! We were late arriving upon them closing. They held our order and turned the shake machine back on for us! Thank you ladies many blessings to you all! We miss THE SHACK! THANX MS.
This wonderful gem has been in business since I was in school at Jessieville back in the mid-70’s to early 80’s. So good then…hamburgers, onion rings, shakes, you name it! I can imagine how great it must be now! And it’s run by some of the finest folks you’ll ever encounter. I miss it!

Lunch time was packed with only one waitress. She was trying but just couldn’t get to so many people by herself.Ended up our whole experywas one and half hour for 2 sandwiches and fries. But extremely good once we got them. I would go back only if I had patience to wait.
