“I went in this evening to Clampit’s because with my husband and I and ordered a meat bundle package not knowing they needed a 24-48 hour notice the gentleman let me know that with the holiday approaching he would try to squeeze me in but wasn’t sure if it could be done. He took down my phone number and name and he then called me later in the day and let me know that he was able to squeeze us in. We’ve never been there but we’ve heard amazing things about them. We are soo beyond thankful they was able to get that for us!! We definitely will recommend them to others and I’m sure we will return in the future!! “We love this place. You go for the food and you stay for the people. Food is great. The atmosphere can feel a little like a cafeteria. If they dimmed the lights, had piano music and tablecloths for evening dining, the place would have totally different feel. The potential is there. It has the views and the architecture. It just needs the a bit less of an institutional feel and this place could return to its historical glory. Best Old Fashions in the Village. Actually it has the best cocktails in the village.”

Indoor seating with bench tables and chairs on top of gravel rocks. For two meals with water came out to be $32 that included a cheeseburger and a Ruben sandwich with fries.”

From the first bite, you know you’re in the right place the crust is that perfect crispy but chewy magic, the cheese stretches like it’s auditioning for a commercial, and the toppings are piled on like Charlie personally said, “Be generous.” The vibe? Cozy, loud in the best way, and smells like happiness. It’s the kind of spot where you go in saying “just one slice” and leave wondering how you ate half a pizza… with zero regrets. 10/10 would gladly recommend Charlie’s to be the new hang out spot.”

The patty was so over cooked I could barely gnaw through it bite by bite. And don’t expect that beautiful thick layer of bacon jam you see on the commercial. What a disappointment.”
