“I ate here on Feb. 6, 2025, at 1:30 pm. They have an extensive menu, but I saw they had some food under a glass case on the counter. It was ribs, brown beans, and macaroni so I went with that and also got some potato salad and a bottle of water. The ribs, I think, had been sitting there a while (probably since lunch). They were a little greasy a little bit dry but they were still good. The baked beans were good, a little sweet like they had a touch of molasses. They also had a little ground hamburger in them, which was interesting and it wasn’t bad. The macaroni was good, thick, very cheesy and there was something unique about the taste. I’m not certain what that was, but it was good. I guess they maybe had a slight onion taste. The potato salad was good. I thought at first it may have come from a supermarket, but there was something added to it. That made it particularly good for mustard potato salad. I’ll be going back. You can only take out here. You can’t dine in. The prices were reasonable. I think it’s a good place to stop traveling between Louisiana and Pine Bluff, or from wherever. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and well maintained.”

“Excellent fresh made to order Chinese food! Great friendly service. Awesome gee gee beef, egg rolls, pepper steak, moo-goo-gai pan, fried rice. Never had a bad meal here and been eating this families food for about 50 years. They have Kowloons Restaurant in Lake Village (take out only now) but, both are the best Chinese food I've eaten anywhere in the world and I've traveled over 30 countries and I always say these two are the absolute best Cantonese style Chinese food ever!”

“Lively Subway for sure! Lots of interesting interactions taking place with unforgetable stories! The staff was chill and made our subs quick. The sandwiches where really good, and there were fresh ingredients available. Only thing I would doc points on was lack of soap and toilet paper in the restroom.”

“This is a great place to eat! They have many options and recently added fried filet fish to the menu and it is delicious; if you can't make your mind up then get the buffet and eat to your heart's content!!”

“I felt like I was back in rural Mexico. The atmosphere is very authentic and not quite to American standards (some may be put off by the bathroom facilities-no soap, no paper towels, no toilet seat!), but the food is delicious! Food presentation was appealing, and while I’d have liked my food to be a bit hotter (temperature-wise) it was still very good. The owners are nice, service was good and facility is clean.”
