“We switched all of our pizza nights to Domino's. Absolutely delicious. In the 9 months we've lived here I've had issues exactly 3 times. Only ONE of those times was a messed up order/actually the store's issue. but all THREE times Greenbrier Domino's management made it right. Our current faves... NY style garlic crust, garlic Parmesan sauce, chicken, bacon, & spinach and NY style garlic crust robust tomato sauce, pepperoni & bacon. man. don't even need extra cheese bc they make em so good. 🍕 😊🥳“

“I normally don’t leave reviews but this was a worthy reason! The other night I ordered pizza and wings via the Pizza Hut app. The app actually give me quite a few problems and kept glitching on me. End result the app caused and issue to where my two large pizzas and 8 wings were ordered twice. When the delivery driver arrived and dropped the food off my husband immediately asked why I ordered so much food. The charge to our account was almost $100. I called the store and let them know what happened and the sweet guy that answered the phone told me he would absolutely make everything right since the app was running poorly and refunded me the money for the double order!! Now that’s good customer service! Thank you for making things right me and my family appreciate that!❤️“

“Pizza is good. The brownies in the bakery case are great. People working there are always nice. Gas pumps are easy to get into if you have a larger truck. I personal wouldn't take my 5th wheel RV in due to traffic but I have seen one there so it is possible.“

“On Saturday we had a group of 7 dine in for the buffet. we expected them to be somewhat busy. however we did not expect the person at the front counter to be rude when after standing for 5-10 minutes (not sure of the exact time) waiting on empty tables to be bussed, my boyfriend asked if they could clean some tables. she went to the back and came back and apologized if she sounded sarcastic before. the 3 different men we saw bussing tables would only take 2-5 things off the tables at a time. they had carts. I have never in my life seen such a thing. I finally cleaned off table 18 that was pushed with table 17. I moved the plates and trash down so we could sit down. my brother in law asked one of the men bussing tables if he could please get that cleaned up as we had to buss our own table. he took some of the trash but not all of it. another customer cleaned up table 17 for her and her children to sit down and eat. I watched another table I believe number 24, clean their own table off. I have never in my life seen such a thing. the only employee that actually seemed to be working out front was the woman who was taking pizzas out to the buffet who was pregnant. everyone else we encountered was rude and didn't seem to care at all about customer service. we will not be back. The buffet lacked a lot of options.“

“We came in 20 minutes before close and they were out of one of the pizzas we wanted. The man helping us was very nice about it, and we ended up getting something else so they wouldn't have to start up the oven (which would take 20 minutes) ans just get a different kind. He gave us a bunch of cookies for being understanding.“

“I visit once or twice a year for work. This is a cool spot! I had a bunkess burger with pulled pork & sweet potato fries, an old fashioned & an espresso martini with Bailey's. My bartender/server gal was great, it wasn't too loud or too dark. Only upgrade is make would be lux cherries!“

“Ok. Sometime back I had vowed to never go to this Pizza Hut again because the customer service was absolutely terrible. I recently heard from a friend that this store was under new management so I decided to give it another try. I am so glad I did! The new manager there is An absolute delight! You can tell the staff there is much happier as well as overall customer service and food quality has improved leaps and bounds. Good job Pizza Hut! You have regained my business.“
