There's a younger girl that works there in the mornings who just has the WORST attitude. Rolls her eyes and doesn't look happy to be there at all. Walked up to my car and just thrusted the bag at me with little no words spoken, took my money, left and came back with the wrong change....and then walked away. Just rude.
Explain to me why they be clearing orders and not taking them out once cleared? Number one rule of thumb is if you're going to clear it, take it to the customer so it doesn't sit and get cold! We order online for fast service. This has happened more than once. I understand it gets busy at certain times but it's not professional to clear an online order and then let it sit. Last time this happened, we had only ordered a pretzel and hot dog!! It took 30-40 minutes to just get out...read full review
