“This local place usually gives great service, and the food is awesome too. However, on this occasion, I waited an extra 12 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready according to the app online where I ordered it. They only had one customer on the lot. I can’t believe they couldn’t have had the order ready in the allotted time. I told you young lady it was a big disappointment that they were that inefficient. However, I’m still getting them a five star rating because they’ve been great for many years, and she had a good attitude. Just beware, if you were online on the app, they’re not very efficient.“
“The crew working at this Sonic location was Awesome! Food was fresh and hot! Drink order was spot on. Everything was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The manager, I believe her name was Megan, even came outside and checked to see how the food and service was. The patio was clean as well as the parking lot. I will definitely be returning and will encourage my friends and family to visit this establishment!“
